Take a moment to pause and breathe. Close your eyes, inhale deeply through your nose for a count of four, hold for four, and exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of six. Repeat this three times. Use this mindfulness minute whenever you feel overwhelmed to center yourself and refocus.
